I am currently in the middle of my second year of substitute teaching for the Chico Unified School District. I have taught various grade levels in range from kindergarten thru twelfth grade. I have both Multiple and Single Subject (Art Studio) Credentials. Because of my credentials I am one of the few people within the district that contracted teachers are able to request due to my expertise in certain subjects; most notably the Fine Arts Department. This has allowed me the opportunity to work in a collection of diverse settings. I have also had the opportunity to work as a long term Art substitute teacher with a series of previously prepared independent units as well as a few of my own. I'm currently working an average of two to three days a week within the classroom as well as three to four days a week for my second job. I am a full time husband, father, student, teacher, and artist with little time for play...
